Power tools
Power tools
CommunicationI gotta say, if you care about your privacy, you might want to think twice before buying from this company. I bought some power tools and now I'm getting so many spam emails and junk mail. It's like they don't care about customer privacy at all and are just selling our info to anyone who'll pay for it. I've been spending hours trying to unsubscribe from all these mailing lists I never even signed up for. It's so frustrating and just makes me wish I never bought anything from them to begin with. The tools might be good quality, but the invasion of privacy is a major downside.

CommunicationYeah, so like, seriously, don't even think about signing up or logging in for anything from them, eh? I did it once and now I'm stuck in a deluge of spam emails that I can't seem to shake. It's like a scary movie but with emails instead of creepy clowns. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of anything that asks for your email address, take my word for it.

CommunicationI bought a power tool kit from a company recently, but it didn't go well. I had a hard time checking on my order or reaching customer service after I paid. I felt frustrated and worried about my purchase since no one was communicating with me. It took a month and a half to get my order, which made me trust the company even less. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone because of how my experience went.
