I reached out again and still heard crickets. To be fair, one rep sounded genuinely apologetic and tried to escalate, so there was a tiny bright spot — just didn’t change the outcome. Overall the handling felt sloppy and the radio silence is what stings most. My advice: if it’s a gift, maybe don't rely on this store unless you can tolerate delays and unclear answers. They should keep stock accurate and actually follow up.
