the “leave inside” note, ignored. Frustrating. Frustrating because I’d planned the whole thing around that timing. She never got the gift. I reached out to the company and then it became a long, slow back-and-forth while a UPS claim shuffled along. I had to ping them a few times for updates. At one point I was told UPS cancelled the claim — allegedly at my request — which made no sense. I even started a chargeback out of frustration. After I posted a complaint, the company did contact me and, thankfully, sorted it out and issued a full refund. So I’m relieved and grateful it ended that way. The item itself looked lovely on the website and it was my first order with them, which made the whole situation more disappointing. Overall I’m glad they eventually fixed it, but the middle stretch was messy and left me second-guessing if I’d order again. If they can tighten up how they handle carrier issues, they’d be a lot better. For now: nice products, shaky delivery process.
