Package arrived right on time, cushions look great — bold colours, sturdy seams. Customer service answered a quick question about tracking. I'd just suggest double-checking measurements, but overall happy and I'll order again soon.

Right as the order was being prepared I had to cancel because of an emergency. I knew I was satisfied when the team paused everything, kept me in the loop and issued a refund within hours — honestly nicer than other companies I've dealt with. Special mention to Shane for being genuinely helpful and calm.

I was halfway through unwrapping the runner when I knew it was worth keeping. I first saw their pieces on Instagram after a friend tipped me. The weave and feel are decent for the price, but it’s not flawless — shipping was slow and I had to chase updates. Still, the rug does the job.

After I posted a complaint, the company did contact me and, thankfully, sorted it out and issued a full refund. So I’m relieved and grateful it ended that way. The item itself looked lovely on the website and it was my first order with them, which made the whole situation more disappointing. Overall I’m glad they eventually fixed it, but the middle stretch was messy and left me second-guessing if I’d order again. If they can tighten up how they handle carrier issues, they’d be a lot better. For now: nice products, shaky delivery process.

Bought one at first with lots of doubts — I figured it wouldn't even work in my backyard. Turned out that version wasn't right, but returning it was shockingly painless after emailing Shane; guy actually answered like a person. I gave them another shot, second item came fast and now I use it every evening on the porch, pretty happy now.

don't panic at the first delay, ask support for a timeline. Will buy from 54kibo again, nice product and decent communication.
