ComplaintsI recently signed up for a premium membership on this site for a year. At first, everything was fine and I could download images with no problems. But the next day, I kept getting a 500 server error whenever I tried to download a picture. I tried emailing customer service many times and also reached out on their social media like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, but I didn't hear back after four days. In the end, I had to cancel my account, but unfortunately, I didn't get a refund. The whole thing made me feel like I wasted my money on the premium membership. It was really disappointing to have such a bad experience with this site.
