Hidden charge on my statement
Hidden charge on my statement
TrustSaw the charge on my bank statement after a friend warned me. They billed months after cancelling — small, annoying recurring fees.
Weird payout vibe
Weird payout vibe
TrustNot great, but gets the job done. I started selling a course last month and first thought the stats were broken. You can't actually see real sales. Kinda sketchy, pricing never matches payout, sigh.
Small print annoyed me
Small print annoyed me
TrustI signed up because my lower back was flaring and I wanted a proper program, after a bad experience elsewhere. I noticed the refund window disappears after a tiny bit of content. That felt misleading at first. Delivery of access was instant. Customer support replied quickly and cleared things up. I still think the policy could be clearer, but in the end I felt relieved and a bit satisfied.
Online course purchase
Online course purchase
TrustI was so pumped to buy this online course from this platform, but man, was I let down by their subscription plan. They advertised giving access to 11,000 courses, but when I bought it, I only saw 1-2 courses included and the rest you had to buy separately. Can you believe that? False advertising at its finest!
Fraudulent Exam Papers
Fraudulent Exam Papers
TrustI can't believe how bold this company is. I paid for exam questions, but what I got was nothing like what I expected. It was a total scam. The questions were completely irrelevant and didn't match the actual exam's difficulty or content. I feel like they tricked me out of my money and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Online course subscription
Online course subscription
TrustI was so disappointed with my online course subscription. I was really looking forward to taking the courses I saw on the main page, but unfortunately, none of them were actually part of the subscription. It felt like a bit of a trick, where the best courses needed to be bought separately. The courses that were included weren't very useful for everyday life. I just didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth.
E-learning platform experience
E-learning platform experience
TrustAs someone who has experience in education, I was excited about the opportunity to share what I know on an online learning platform. But honestly, my time with it has been pretty disappointing. The people running the platform don't seem to know what they're doing, and it's made me feel like my work isn't valued and I'm not getting paid enough for it. I put a lot of work into making good courses, but the money I've made back has been pretty sad. It's sad to see a platform that used to be great for teachers not keeping their word.
First course discount offer
First course discount offer
TrustI was so let down by my time on that online course site. I heard so much about the sweet deals for new users, so I signed up all excited. But then, when I went to join a course, the discount was gone! It felt like a trick, like they were trying to fool me, and I felt totally ripped off. I can't stand when companies play dirty like that just to make some extra money.
Online course service
Online course service
TrustI just bought an online course from this platform, and I have some mixed feelings about it. The content of the course was really good and informative, but the way the company does business left me feeling really unhappy. I got a lifetime access membership, and then out of nowhere, my account got suspended for supposedly breaking the rules. I tried to ask the support team for more information and proof, but they just said no and didn't help me at all. I couldn't get back any of the courses I already paid hundreds of dollars for, and I couldn't even access my invoices for taxes. I felt like they were being sneaky and not taking responsibility for what they did, and it made me feel ripped off and really frustrated.
