Needed for my bad back after a move; delivery slow, service helpful.

Really needed this for bad back during a move, but course was thin and messy, and customer service 'delivered' only store credit not a refund — awkward.

Saw it on a buddy's feed and tried a quick lesson on my lunch break. Content is decent, feels practical. Support was a mess though, slowed me down, but I still used it.

I sped up videos and some sections felt thin, and hitting the refund wall (“watched too much”) was annoying. Couldn’t reach a real person, but overall I’m happy I stuck with it.

the product has problems, yes, but when delivery and service work, they actually sort things out. That counts for a lot.

I realized it's important to watch the preview videos and read the course descriptions carefully before buying to make sure it's what you're looking for.
