TRINITY ROAD - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought some religious items from this online store, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing. First of all, the ordering process was confusing and not very easy to use. I had some technical problems with the website that made it take way longer than I thought it would. Plus, the customer service was kinda meh. It took forever for them to answer my question about my order. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. And the prices were higher than what I've seen elsewhere. It felt like I was paying more just because it was this store. And to top it off, the delivery took longer than expected. I get that delays happen, but it would've been nice to know what was going on with my order. Overall, I was left feeling unsatisfied and probably won't shop here again.
