I like that they split up big orders into a few shipments so I can start enjoying my new books sooner. The shipping time is pretty reasonable - usually just a week for the first package to arrive. For smaller orders, they send it all in one package, which is handy. I really appreciate how they consistently deliver my orders in pieces every few days. The customer service at ThriftBooks is always top-notch and I definitely plan on continuing to support them.
