ReliabilityThe printer repair service at Staples Solution Shop was a total disaster. It was super tough to even get a hold of someone on the phone to make an appointment. After finally booking one, they said they would come the next day, but they never came. I had to call many times to reschedule. When the technician finally arrived, they couldn't fix the problem and had to take my printer to the shop. It took more than a week to get it back, and when I did, the issue still wasn't completely fixed. All in all, it was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
