ComplaintsYou know what, I gotta say I was pretty disappointed with the stuff I got from Peterson's. The textbooks and study guides I bought were way off. The info was old school and didn't really match up with what I needed for my studies. And to make matters worse, the customer service was not great when I tried to sort things out. I was hoping for better quality and service from a company that's been in the game for so long.
