Communicationthe content flows and participants followed along without too much trouble. Then I spotted the bad page refs and a few mismatched bits in the instructor slides (exactly the things that made me doubt buying it). I nudged the team, got bounced around, and at one point the GM seemed to disappear — that’s when my patience wore thin.
