ComplaintsIt found the files, so I paid — there were over 1,300 family photos and videos. Most came back as damaged. Unusable files. I contacted them the same day and they agreed to refund, or so they said. After that every reply asked for just a bit more info. Then they demanded a video of me scanning, recovering and trying to open every single file — a several‑hour recording they wanted emailed back. That felt excessive and unrealistic. Other recovery companies I used in the past asked for logs or a handful of samples and handled it faster. I did send the long video because I was desperate. Still no clear refund. It’s slow, awkward and leaves you wondering if they really intend to pay up. Frustrating and a bit sad.
