Jumped straight in during my morning routine; the app runs so smoothly on my laptop, saves me time. Asked support once — quick, helpful replies, appreciated.

Totally wasn’t sure at first — I saw it on a Reddit thread and my buddy nudged me to try it. I hesitated, but after a quick run it pulled back a couple of deleted slides I thought were gone. Pleasant surprise, layout mostly intact, so I’m happy.

It found the files, so I paid — there were over 1,300 family photos and videos. Most came back as damaged. Unusable files. I contacted them the same day and they agreed to refund, or so they said. After that every reply asked for just a bit more info. Then they demanded a video of me scanning, recovering and trying to open every single file — a several‑hour recording they wanted emailed back. That felt excessive and unrealistic. Other recovery companies I used in the past asked for logs or a handful of samples and handled it faster. I did send the long video because I was desperate. Still no clear refund. It’s slow, awkward and leaves you wondering if they really intend to pay up. Frustrating and a bit sad.

a tiny preview showed file names so at least my files are actually there, which was oddly reassuring. Overall the delivery of the paid service was poor and customer service worse, so I'm warning others — be cautious.
