ReliabilityI signed up for a subscription for my kid’s online classes, but for some reason, they were listed in Eastern Time. This caused us to miss classes and we still got charged for them. I tried contacting the teacher several times to explain, but I never heard back. My daughter was really upset because these classes are her only way to connect with friends and teachers outside of our house.
