ComplaintsI bought some brake pads from this store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with the whole thing. The ordering process was confusing and the website wasn't very easy to use. When I called customer service for help, the person I talked to was kinda rude and not very helpful. Plus, the prices were a bit high compared to other places I've bought from. And to top it off, the delivery took longer than expected. All in all, I was pretty let down by the whole experience and I won't be coming back to this store again.
