I was under the impression that I could cancel my subscription at any time, but turns out you have to commit to a whole year just to cancel. And on top of that, they didn't even send me a reminder email before charging my card. The notes provided were no help at all! It feels like a scam to just squeeze more money out of us.

When I tried to cancel and get my money back for that month, they asked for study notes or guides, which made no sense. It seemed like a scam, and I felt super frustrated and ripped off.
