Subscription payment issue
Subscription payment issue
ComplaintsI've been dealing with this annoying problem with my subscription payments. Even though I cancelled my membership, I keep getting double-charged every month. I sent proof of my cancellation through email, but the charges just won't stop coming out of my account. Now, the company changed their name on the merchant details to avoid getting caught and they're still charging me. The workouts are good, but the payment issue is causing a lot of stress. I had to report it as credit card fraud. They really need to fix this problem fast.
Subscription service experience
Subscription service experience
ComplaintsUnsubscribing from this subscription service was a real pain. The videos they had were pretty disappointing and didn't meet my expectations at all. If you're thinking of signing up, be ready to commit for the long haul because getting out of it was not easy at all.
Subscription for online fitness classes
Subscription for online fitness classes
ComplaintsAs a customer, I was pretty bummed out by the cancellation policy. It sucks to see that they're not very understanding or flexible when it comes to customer service, especially for a small start-up. The workouts were fine, but the whole experience was soured by their strict payment rules and fees. It's crucial to stay alert about these things to prevent any surprise problems in the future.
hard to cancel subscription
hard to cancel subscription
ComplaintsSo, y'know, I signed up for this thing thinkin' it would be easy to cancel if I didn't like it. But turns out, you can ONLY cancel through talkin' on the phone. And like, the numbers are super hard to find and when you finally get through, the customer service peeps make it really difficult to cancel. It feels like they're targetin' folks with disabilities and anxiety who rely on online stuff. Not cool, dude.
Year-long subscription
Year-long subscription
ComplaintsThis company is a total scam, eh? I signed up for a year-long subscription and right away I knew it was a mistake, eh. When I tried to cancel, I couldn't even get through to anyone on the phone, even during their so-called hours of operation, eh. They cut off my account access at the end of the subscription period, even though they couldn't bill me because my card had expired, eh. When I tried to cancel through email, they first said okay but then they started asking for a "past due balance" that I definitely don't owe since I haven't been able to use the service, eh. This company threatens to send customers to collections if they don't pay up, even though they're not providing the service, eh. That's just not right, eh. Keep your distance from this company if you care about your time and money, for sure.
