Overall, it works well but isn't perfect. I took their online health and fitness courses today (NVQ 3 and 5), explanations were clear, a few small hiccups though.

Started this course thinking it’d be another checklist — but nope. The safeguarding and communication bits actually stuck, felt practical when doing role-plays and on placement. Some sections were a bit dry, and I could've used more real-life examples earlier, but overall it’s confidence-building. After a couple of rubbish courses elsewhere, this one was steady, useful, makes the job less scary. Small hiccups, but solid.

Mid-shift I remembered why I signed up — I’d found the course through Health & Fitness Online and at first, not gonna lie, I wasn’t sure an online thing would really teach me to be a carer. I learned on bus rides and at lunch, and weirdly the practical tips stuck. My CV looks better, I use the routines daily with clients, and a dementia tip surprised me.

a few formatting quirks in PDFs and one module felt a little rushed, but nothing that stopped me. Price felt fair for what you get, especially considering the support. Would recommend if you want a practical boost and decent support — just expect the odd small snag and a short wait on replies sometimes.
