The customer service team was super helpful and always got back to me pretty quickly, usually within a day or a few hours. The painting itself was absolutely beautiful and way better than I expected. And the artist who painted my kitty cat, wow, they did such an incredible job!! It's like they really captured my kitty's true spirit on the canvas.
