ComplaintsI was really looking forward to supporting a company that donates to good causes while shopping for eco-friendly kitchen stuff. But I gotta say, I was let down by the limited options and not-so-great quality of items on their site. The ordering part was easy, but the shipping fees were kinda steep. The customer service was just okay, they took their sweet time getting back to my questions. The prices were fair, but the lack of choices made it hard to find what I wanted. And man, the delivery took forever, way longer than they said it would. While I do like that they donate to charity, they really need to step up their game when it comes to product selection, service, and delivery speed.
