Oh my goodness, I completed my course a while back and still haven't received my certificate, like seriously? I reached out to them and all they do is give me excuses and take forever to respond. It's frustrating because the course was really enjoyable and interesting, but their customer service is terrible. I'm going to suggest to the University that they look for a new provider because this situation is so annoying. 🙄

I signed up for an online course recently and it has been a total headache. Right from the get-go, there were issues with not getting any information once the course started. I contacted their support team multiple times and each time they said they would send the info via email that same day, but I never got anything. The lack of communication and follow-through was so frustrating. When I finally asked for a refund, they made it super hard to figure out the process. It took multiple back-and-forths with their support team before the problem was fixed and I got my money back. Their payment support team was just as unhelpful – I had trouble getting a correct credit note for weeks. Despite me clearly explaining what I needed, they kept sending me wrong versions. It's been weeks since my last email and I still haven't heard back or received the right credit note. Overall, it was a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone, especially with their high prices.
