ComplaintsThe software subscription I bought didn't meet my expectations. I thought the tasks were too easy and boring, so I decided to cancel my subscription after only a week. Even though I canceled, they still charged me. When I asked for a refund, they weren't very helpful and didn't take any responsibility. It was frustrating.
