Serviceeasy site, fair prices. Then one title never showed up in MyLibrary and I got annoyed. I reached out a few times and mostly got automated replies. Eventually a real person dug in, found the missing order and sorted it. That little fix — right then — is when I was actually satisfied. Small hassle, but happy it’s done.
