ServiceSo there I was, midway through a kitchen chat with Dad when he said he'd accidentally bought an abridged audiobook. Classic. I bought a gift card because he’s always on walks and listening while cooking dinner. Customer service actually sorted it quick and were annoyingly pleasant, asked a couple questions and fixed it. Made me trust the app more; the deals are legit, so I keep topping him up.

Serviceeasy site, fair prices. Then one title never showed up in MyLibrary and I got annoyed. I reached out a few times and mostly got automated replies. Eventually a real person dug in, found the missing order and sorted it. That little fix — right then — is when I was actually satisfied. Small hassle, but happy it’s done.
