ComplaintsI recently bought a bunch of eBooks from this website and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the selection they have. The chat feature for customer questions has been super useful, they always get back to me within a day. But the only thing that bugs me a bit is that they don't let you return a book if you don't like it, and that can be kind of annoying. So now I tend to buy cheaper books just in case I don't end up liking them.
