once an old purchase reappeared out of nowhere, so something on their end probably fixes itself sometimes. That gave me hope, briefly. Overall they’re great at listing and selling books (no problems taking payment), but terrible at reliable delivery into your library and at helpful, timely support. If you buy a lot here, keep your receipts and expect to email support — and maybe lobby them for chat or better app syncing. I want them to improve; would stick around if they sorted the library/sync issues.

So hey, I got some audiobooks and they were pretty neat. But man, whenever I tried listening to them in my car, the app kept losing connection to my Bluetooth. I had to keep restarting my phone just to get it to work. I reached out for help, and they told me to delete and reinstall the app. But that didn't solve the issue at all. It was so frustrating that I ended up giving up on using it completely.
