ComplaintsI love the picture I received, but the box it came in was all squished up and now there are ripples in the print! It's not hanging straight at all because of it. Plus, the frame isn't centered properly, so it's a struggle to balance it on the wall. Attention to the little things matters, eh! The response I got from the company was pretty good though, they seem to really care about improving things.
