I just bought a lovely bouquet of flowers for a special event and was really impressed by all the choices on the website. The whole ordering process went smoothly and I got a quick confirmation email. However, I thought the prices were a bit high compared to other online flower shops. Even so, I still went ahead and made the purchase because the arrangements looked really nice.
The delivery was a bit disappointing though, it came a day later than expected and messed up my plans a bit. In general, the service was okay but not outstanding.
