ReliabilityThe flowers I got were so beautiful and bright, and the way they were set up was just right. But, I had a bit of trouble with the delivery time because my order showed up a day late. Luckily, the customer service crew was quick to help me out and even gave me a discount for my next buy, which was a sweet touch. In the end, I was happy with the flowers themselves, but the late delivery was a tad annoying.
