CommunicationMy buddies and I had an amazing time doing this virtual whiskey tasting with the company when everything was shut down because of COVID. The whiskey was honestly so good and we even picked up some interesting facts about it. I was really looking forward to setting up another tasting face to face with them, but they haven't replied to any of my messages. I'm pretty disappointed about their lack of response, I thought they were more on the ball than that.

It was super late on Christmas, but you won't believe it - I actually got a response and a solution in just 10 minutes! I was shocked at how speedy they were, I can't even get my mom to make me a sandwich that fast! Naturally, I had to order a bottle of whisky from them immediately. Best choice I've made.
