One thing I do appreciate is the compostable packing peanuts; seems small but it feels better than plastic in the trash. I’ve had a couple of damaged items and a delayed parcel, but customer support sorted replacements quickly, no fuss. Mildred and Meagen handled the replies; polite and prompt. Overall useful to my everyday routine, slightly annoyed at the delays sometimes, but mostly satisfied.
