iGourmet - Reviews and experiences

So I recently bought a gift card from iGourmet, but man, it was a rough ride. I placed my order, and then... crickets. No emails, no calls, nada. I had to hit up their customer service just to check on my order, and all I got was some vague request for more info that made no sense to me. Even after I gave them what they asked for, still no word from iGourmet. So frustrating! Finally, I just asked to cancel my order, and they did it right away. I don't know if they were being unfair or just totally clueless, but either way, I was let down big time and it was such a waste of my time.

Oh my goodness, I got this really amazing cheese and chocolate gift basket from this place, but seriously, the customer service is terrible! I kept receiving a ton of emails from them even after I requested them to stop, and they claimed they stopped it 3 times already but nope, I'm still getting emails every day. It's so frustrating, ugh!
