I've been pretty happy with the meals I've been getting from my one week meal delivery service. They offer a good mix of recipes, so I've been able to try out some different dishes that fit my dietary requirements. As someone who's cutting down on carbs and trying to reduce inflammation, I'd love it if they had more options without rice. Maybe they could include fresh cauliflower as a rice substitute that I could rice up myself at home. The best meal I've had from them was this tasty low carb beef lettuce wrap - it was really delicious and filling.

I enjoy using meal kits and trying out new recipes, but sometimes the portions are too large for both my friend and me. Leftovers are always appreciated though. I would like to see more low-fat recipes available, as the calorie smart options still contain a lot of fat, which is not ideal for us.

It's pretty awesome that we get our meals delivered every week, eh? My parents are always wondering what to make for dinner, so having it sorted out is a huge relief. Sometimes we're swamped with sports and busy stuff, so cooking every night is a lot. It would be nice to just order a meal instead of a whole box some weeks. We end up skipping some weeks when things get too hectic, you know?
