CommunicationI started picking up this CBD lip balm about two years ago, mostly because every other balm irritated me. First few uses were... fine, but the moment I stopped getting that tight, scratchy feeling—maybe on day three—I figured it actually worked and I was relieved. Recently they tweaked the formula (or packaging?), and I had to email about ingredients because of allergies. Tried a few times, no reply, which annoyed me and made me wary. I also never saw my one frank review appear, so maybe they filter stuff. Still, the balm itself is one of the few I can use daily without any reaction, and shipments get here fast — so mixed feelings, but product wins out.
