I ordered two 100 mg bottles in January 2021 and tried to use one right away — only to find the expiry date was January 2021. So yeah, it was already past its date when it arrived. I messaged through my account a couple of times, sent emails, and left a voicemail; someone called once saying they'd get back to me and then never did. No follow-up, no helpful replies, nada. I eventually asked my credit card company for a chargeback and got the money back, but by then I’d already tossed the bottles. First impression was promising — nice packaging, seemed legit — but the delivery check and customer service were disappointing. I even looked up other reviews and it matched the silence I saw elsewhere. Mildly annoyed, because it felt like an easy problem to fix if they’d bothered to respond.

I started picking up this CBD lip balm about two years ago, mostly because every other balm irritated me. First few uses were... fine, but the moment I stopped getting that tight, scratchy feeling—maybe on day three—I figured it actually worked and I was relieved. Recently they tweaked the formula (or packaging?), and I had to email about ingredients because of allergies. Tried a few times, no reply, which annoyed me and made me wary. I also never saw my one frank review appear, so maybe they filter stuff. Still, the balm itself is one of the few I can use daily without any reaction, and shipments get here fast — so mixed feelings, but product wins out.
