The customer service at this meal kit delivery service is so bad. I had a terrible time trying to cancel my order, and they didn't care at all about the chance that my order could be stolen or left outside to go bad. Even though I tried to explain, they wouldn't take any blame and just kept insisting on charging me the full amount. They bring you in with a discount but then renew your subscription at a higher price without asking. It's a total scam, and the lack of empathy from the customer service team is awful. I had to contact my credit card company to stop any more payments to them. I'd recommend avoiding this company completely.

The customer service is amazing. They're always quick to respond and really helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns. The recipes they give are delicious and simple to follow. Sometimes though, the ingredients aren't as fresh as I'd like or seem a bit roughed up during delivery, which can impact the taste. But in general, I'm pretty happy with the service.
