QualityI've been a loyal customer for more than a year, enjoying all sorts of quality meats. But lately, the service and product quality have really gone downhill. It all started with me not getting any shipping notifications, so I had to keep bugging them to actually send my orders. The last three boxes I got were full of super greasy salami that they said was fine, and some moldy, nasty-tasting stuff that I couldn't even eat. It's been a real letdown.
