Midway through the week I checked the tracking and realized the “expedited” option I paid extra for isn’t actually fast — earliest arrival shows Tuesday, about five days out. I wouldn’t have paid the surcharge if I’d known (not ideal). It puts my project on hold. Other companies have sent similar orders quicker lately, so this was a bit of a disappointment despite polite support.

Halfway through day three I remember thinking — why am I cooking for everyone but myself? I needed this plan because my lower back's been acting up and I can't be hauling groceries, so ready-made soups and kale crackers fit perfectly. Delivery showed up right on time, boxes intact. Customer service was super helpful, answered my dumb questions fast and with patience. Food's mild, hits the spot, I'll order the bigger variety next time.
