ServiceI tried to make an account online with this company, but their website was so old-fashioned that I couldn't put in separate billing and shipping addresses. When I tried to use PayPal to pay, it sent me to a different site that had no problem with two addresses. They told me my order would be canceled if I didn't fix it. I called customer service, but got put on hold three times while they checked. It was really annoying and I don't want to deal with this company anymore.

Plus, they took the time to go over the results with me and gave me some helpful advice.
