I was frustrated and gave up, not even using the app. Little did I know, the real headache was yet to come. Without any warning or notification, the company automatically renewed my subscription and charged my payment method. I only found out when I received the transaction notification, and was appalled by the lack of transparency. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel my subscription and request a refund, but they refused citing their terms and conditions. They only offered a mere 30% refund, which left a sour taste in my mouth. It's a sneaky and unethical way to do business, leaving customers feeling cheated and taken advantage of. Companies should give at least a week's notice before automatically renewing subscriptions.
