Ultimately I’m disappointed in the lack of follow-through. If you’re trying this because someone tipped you like I was, be aware of potential risks and keep records of your correspondence. I’m glad I bought locally and got fast delivery, but I would have expected more from the company when serious issues came up. They answered, yes, but they didn’t take responsibility. That’s the main thing other people should know.
