A friend first told me about these enzymes and I ordered after reading a few reviews. Shipping was surprisingly fast. The box arrived intact and tracking worked every step of the way, so I was relieved on that front. I wish I could say the rest went as smoothly. A few weeks after starting the supplement my body changed dramatically — muscle seemed to disappear and skin felt looser. I stopped taking it right away. The company answered my emails, which I appreciated, but their replies were limited to general info and links, not any real help or accountability. I’ve seen specialists and spent a lot on tests and treatments since then. That part has been hard and costly, and it’s still unresolved. Even so, I’m thankful this arrived on time and that the initial customer service at least responded quickly; it could have been worse if I’d had trouble reaching them. Ultimately I’m disappointed in the lack of follow-through. If you’re trying this because someone tipped you like I was, be aware of potential risks and keep records of your correspondence. I’m glad I bought locally and got fast delivery, but I would have expected more from the company when serious issues came up. They answered, yes, but they didn’t take responsibility. That’s the main thing other people should know.
