Communicationa bit chalky and sticky, not smooth like I hoped. Still, it worked for weight loss and gave me a reliable, easy boost mid-morning, which surprised me. Then the follow-up texts started. I asked four times to stop. Four promises later, and they kept coming. Good product, messy communication and poor follow-through.
