CommunicationI was halfway through packing for a move when only the first of two boxes showed up — which was annoying. The first box was fine though, packed well, so props there. What bugs me is the tracking stuck in Linden, NJ since Aug 8 and every question gets a canned reply. I get delays, but a real update would’ve helped; still usable, just frustrating.
