Pretty happy overall, but the sizing and returns annoyed me. I got a few pieces for my partner to wear around the house and for weekends — they’re comfy and the fabric feels solid. A couple items ran small and swapping them took extra effort, so not perfect but usable.

promo codes never applied (I tried the buy 4 pay for 3 deal twice) and one order just sat for a week before anything happened. I messaged them, then got an email that part of it shipped and later another saying one item was out of stock — would I like a refund? That split shipment was annoying, and made me compare to other vendors who've been quicker. Still, customer replies were polite and the items I did get were fine, so I'm leaning toward coming back, just maybe not for time-sensitive buys.

I was halfway through packing for a move when only the first of two boxes showed up — which was annoying. The first box was fine though, packed well, so props there. What bugs me is the tracking stuck in Linden, NJ since Aug 8 and every question gets a canned reply. I get delays, but a real update would’ve helped; still usable, just frustrating.

I'm giving it four stars. I like the piece — comfy, looks nicer than I figured — but the whole ordering/delivery bit was messy. I started wearing it within a few days of getting the first parcel and my first impression was positive: decent fabric, solid stitching, fit was okay (a tiny snug spot but nothing major). I kept it in rotation for a couple of weeks and didn't notice wear. The order was split into two parcels. The first arrived on time but was missing part of the set; I reached out to customer support and got nothing back. I had paid for the insurance option and tried to open a claim, but their system insisted the parcel wasn't delivered so I couldn't proceed. Later they did send a replacement for the other parcel that had a delivery failure, so they did try on that front — I appreciate that — but the missing extra bit never showed up. The item is usable without it, so it's not a dealbreaker, and honestly I don't expect spare parts from overseas for something cheap. Still, the communication and shipping glitches were annoying and left a sour taste, even though the product itself is pretty good.
