Silver Gold Bull - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought a gold coin from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service. They went and sent my package to the wrong address without even giving me a heads up, so I couldn't track it. When I tried to talk to someone about it, they had the nerve to blame me instead of owning up to their mistake. They weren't helpful at all and didn't wanna make things right.

I was kind of bummed when I got my limited edition item and the case was damaged and the silver was scuffed. But I have to say, the company totally came through with some great customer service. Even though they couldn't replace the item, they gave me the choice of returning it for a full refund or keeping it and getting a coupon for their site. Pretty decent of them, eh?

Buying those gold bars was awesome from start to finish. Ordering them was a breeze and I was pleasantly surprised by all the different products on the website. The prices were fair and I felt like I got a good deal for the quality of the gold bars I bought. The only downside was the delivery. Even though the tracking said the package was still in Nevada, I got a notification saying it was out for delivery elsewhere. That caused some confusion and frustration since I was expecting it at a different time. The package did arrive the next day, but the issues didn't end there. I had asked for a signature upon delivery, but the postman just left it in the mailbox without getting one. That was worrying considering the value of the item. All in all, I was happy with my purchase, but shipping could definitely use some work.

They send stuff quick and their customer service is friendly. Prices are good, but it's kind of a pain having to sign for delivery - would be nice if we could opt out like other online stores, eh?
