Communicationthe technical team replied fast, every time, and walked through fixes with me — patient, practical, they didn't brush me off. They haven't ironed out everything yet (loading still flares up sometimes), but their follow-up convinced me this was the right call. So overall I'm happy — not perfect, but I can actually use the site and I appreciate the quick, helpful support that kept me from giving up.
