ComplaintsI paid with a Black Friday coupon through PayPal and waited a couple of days for the licence. Support replied saying my email wasn't on file and that an unexpected error meant no licence number was issued. I use this software daily for my web design side hustle and it otherwise does the job, but asked to repurchase at full price was frustrating and not ideal.
