Communicationnow it “suggests” the ultimate plan and you can’t ignore it. That’s the main gripe — the upgrade push is annoying and feels like a cash grab. I emailed support a bunch of times (around 20–25 messages, not joking) and got no useful reply, no phone number, nothing. Still, the basic downloader still works for most files, so it’s not entirely broken — just disappointing and clumsy. If you need reliability and reachable support, beware.

Communicationit worked with a VPN for a week. Felt odd, but at least it worked. Now even the VPN trick is dead. I pay for a subscription, and it’s just not delivering. I don’t expect miracles, but a little troubleshooting or a proper response would be nice. Still like the app otherwise. Just disappointing to be stuck and ignored.
