Timingno online label, had to email, waited longer than they promised. I sent a couple of reminders and was about to call my card company, but then they processed it. Dry as that sounds, the moment the money showed up was when I knew it was done. Not perfect service, but glad it wrapped up without a claim. Would buy again, but keep screenshots.
