I needed comfy shoes for a move — my bad back couldn't take more — so I ordered crocs and a ring in a few visits. Twice in four orders I got the wrong thing (different ring, wrong-colour crocs), even though boxes had labels. I was skeptical, but customer service swapped quickly and delivery wasn't awful. Not perfect — someone needs to check boxes — but better than expected.

They offered a partial refund, customer service was slow, but I’m oddly pleased.

At the till she also included a small trial cream and some sachets, put them in a neat little bag and wrapped it up, kind of thoughtful. Overall practical and decent.

I came across their ad after a coworker recommended the brand, liked the photos and thought I'd give it a try. I ordered, realized two minutes later I'd picked the wrong size and emailed XHIBITION asking them to cancel or swap to a bigger size. They still shipped it and later replied that because the sneaker was final sale they couldn't change anything — fine, policy, but they could have updated the order before it left. The shoe itself is actually pretty comfortable and looks good (so not a total loss), but the customer-handling felt sloppy and unnecessary. First buy here and I'm cautious now; just be careful.

no online label, had to email, waited longer than they promised. I sent a couple of reminders and was about to call my card company, but then they processed it. Dry as that sounds, the moment the money showed up was when I knew it was done. Not perfect service, but glad it wrapped up without a claim. Would buy again, but keep screenshots.
