Writers Work - Reviews and experiences

I bought a lifetime membership and was kinda bummed at first 'cause they charged me too much and didn't answer my email. But after a few emails back and forth, they sorted it out and I decided to give 'em a shot. I'm excited now to really dive into the membership and use the coaching and tools to see if it helps me out.

I had a frustrating experience with Writers Work. After paying to register, I ran into a tech problem that stopped me from finishing signing up. I tried to get help from customer service, but I couldn't find any contact info on their site. Since I couldn't reach out for support, I was stuck and couldn't continue with my registration.

I decided to try out this service because I wanted to set up a website for my writing. I put in a lot of work to design my site, but I hit a roadblock when I couldn't reset my password to go live. I've been trying to get help from customer service, but they haven't been getting back to me despite my many attempts. It's been two months now, and I'm feeling so frustrated because I can't even access my own account. The lack of communication and help from the tech team has been really disappointing. I definitely wouldn't recommend this service to anyone who wants to have a professional online presence.
